This license is aimed at businesses and organizations that want to have a stable commercial version of their Linux server at a minimum cost. It allows up to 25, 75, 300, or unlimited users depending on micro, small, medium, or enterprise version and includes all the features of the Commercial Zentyal Server Edition. With this license your server will receive software updates until the End-of-life (EOL) date of the version of the purchased product. You can use the license indefinitely.

You need to purchase one subscription per server (physical or virtual). In the Micro Subscription, the maximum support response time is 1 or 2 business days, depending on the severity level of the incident.
If you do not renew the subscription and it expires, the server will stop working and you will lose access to all services. If you wish, you can change your subscription to a perpetual license at any time. To do this, you simply need to purchase the corresponding license before the subscription expires.
