Overview
Make sure that your Zentyal server is installed and configured correctly right from the start and that you can receive maintenance support whenever necessary. Zentyal Small Business Edition gives you access to unlimited technical support for all Zentyal-related issues, through the On-line Support Platform.


Service Levels
The technical support is given directly by the Zentyal Support Team in English or in Spanish, through the Zentyal On-line Support Platform. The support is provided during normal business hours and days, being the maximum response time the next business day. The supported Zentyal versions are: Zentyal 3.0, Zentyal 2.2, Zentyal 2.0, Zentyal 1.4 (eBox Platform).

Zentyal has a worldwide, strategic agreement with Canonical, that guarantees that Zentyal server’s underlying operative system, Ubuntu Server, is officially supported by Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu. Thanks to this agreement small and medium businesses all over the world can now get fully-supported, commercial open-source infrastructure solutions from one single provider.
