eBox Technologies, developer of the open source alternative to Small Business Server, announced today that CanaryTek has joined the eBox Service Partner Program. By becoming an Authorized eBox Service Partner, CanaryTek is granted premium technical support and services directly from the eBox Platform developers, assuring that they can meet their Service Level Agreements to their clients with vendor-quality support.
CanaryTek offers a blend of IT support and services for small and medium enterprises and micro businesses, including IT consultancy, network infrastructure and system administration, telecommunications systems and services. The eBox Platform based services and solutions include deployment and management of file and printer servers, backup, LDAP and e-mail services and are specially focused to micro businesses.
