Zentyal announced today it will participate together with ASOLIF (Federate Open Source Associations) in the School 2.0 Congress (Congreso Escuela 2.0), that will be held from the 13th to the 15th of April in Zaragoza (Spain). The event offers teachers, education officials and professionals involved in the School 2.0 (Escuela 2.0) program or ICT in education in general, the opportunity to present and exchange their experiences.

The vocational training program Zentyal Academy will be presented in the premises of Madrid on Rails (C/Lago Titicaca 10, Vicálvaro, 28032 Madrid) on April 28th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. After a brief introduction to Zentyal server and this training program, hands-on workshop will take place, allowing the attendees to take their first steps with Zentyal server. The event is organized in collaboration with Madrid on Rails (MoR) and the Association of Computer Science Teachers of Madrid (A.P.I. Madrid).

Zentyal will participate in the first National Congress on Free Software for Self-employed that will be held in Zaragoza (Spain), on the 18th and 19th of March 2011. The event is organized by the Spanish Union of Self-employed Professionals (UPTA) and the National Reference Center for ICT Based on Open Source Software (CENATIC) and it aims at introducing FLOSS based software solutions to Spain’s self-employed workforce, that currently consists of over three million professionals.

RunLibre is a French open-source software company, located in the Reunión island, that offers small and medium-sized enterprises network solutions based on open-source software. The services offered by the company include project planning, consultancy, installation and technical support for the deployed computer systems.
