Tom Henriksson, Partner at Open Ocean Capital
Tom joined Open Ocean Capital from Nokia Corporation, where he spent almost 9 years in various leadership roles developing and investing in new businesses. In his last role as Head of Corporate Business Development his teams identified and executed multiple new businesses for Nokia. From 2006 – 2009 Tom built Nokia Interactive Advertising as the General Manager to the world leader in premium mobile advertising.
Previously he managed business development and early stage investments for Nokia Ventures Organization. Prior to Nokia, Tom was Managing Partner of Holtron Ventures, one of the A round investors into MySQL AB, delivering industry leading returns for the fund.
Tom has MBA and BBA degrees from the Helsinki School of Economics, complemented with foreign studies and executive education at the University of Texas at Austin, MIT and University of Chicago.

Ignacio Correas, Founder and CEO of Zentyal
Ignacio has an entrepreneurial spirit with an open view on new tendencies in technology, business development and social interactions. Supported by an international educational background with a wide scope both in technology and business administration, Ignacio began his career as a software analyst and project manager at Suomen 3C OY, Finland.
After a short experience as an open source freelance consultant and an assistant professor at the University of Zaragoza, Ignacio cofounded Warp Networks, becoming its CEO and the main responsible for its business development. He is also the founder and former President of CESLA, a regional association of IT companies working on open source technologies.
When Zentyal span off from Warp, Ignacio decided to lead this new business adventure, leaving the responsibility of Warp in good hands while keeping his seat in Warp’s board.

Jorge Mata Jiménez, Founder and President of Berg Networks
Jorge Mata initiated his career as entrepreneur with the foundation of My Alert in 1999, a company focused on designing and implementing wireless solutions, including mobile marketing via the mobile phone. In 2001 MyAlert merged with Buongiorno, where he is currently member of the Executive Board of Directors.
Jorge is also founder and president of Berg Networks, a company with headquarters in Houston focused on developing social networks through mobile telephony. He is also an investor and has been board member in other tech companies like Navio in California or Future 121 in Finland. One of Jorge’s declared passions is to participate in companies that transform the way we do things with mobile telephones.
Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Jorge developed a successful professional career in AT&T& Bell Laboratories, McKinsey, Banco Santander and Broadvision.
Jorge has been appointed twice technology pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2001 and 2002. Jorge Mata holds an MS in Physics from Universidad Autonoma (Madrid), and an MBA from New York University (NYC) with distinction. Jorge is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Javi Vázquez, COO of Zentyal
Javi joined Zentyal as Chief Operating Officer in March, 2009. He is responsible for developing, designing, managing and continuously improving company’s internal operations to continue to guarantee delivery of efficient products and services for the growing number of partners and clients of Zentyal.
Javi was co-founder and Managing Director of Igalia from 2001 until 2009 and president of the AGASOL (Galician Association of OSS Companies) from 2007 until 2009. He received a MS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of A Coruña in 2001 and a master’s degree in IT Business Management from the Escuela de Negocios Caixanova in 2004. Besides he has carried out Marketing of Technology studies at the San Diego State University (SDSU) in 2005.
